Matteo Sciolla, born in 1984, is a trained banker. He is the founder of Sciolla Investment GmbH & Co. KG, which became DEMA Deutsche Mikroapartment AG in March 2019. He previously worked for Commerzbank AG and Bausparkasse Wüstenrot AG. Within the Management Board, Matteo Sciolla is responsible for corporate strategy and for company´s entire operating business.

Hubert Bonn, born in 1969, holds a degree in business administration (Diplom-Betriebswirt FH). He has been working in the real estate sector since 1997 and has held posts inter alia at the former Deutsche Grundbesitz (Deutsche Bank Group, today DWS), Deutsche Wohnen and NWI Gesundheitsimmobilien. Within the Management Board, Hubert Bonn is responsible for finance, HR, legal and capital market subjects.
The Deutsche Mikroapartment team covers acquisition, asset management, property management and back office activities. The company works with external consultants and service providers in the areas of accounting, tax, legal, valuation, building trades and facilities management.
