When purchasing properties we attach importance to the following aspects:

  • Residential buildings and mixed residential and commercial buildings

  • Individual properties and portfolios

  • At least 1,500 m² of living area per property

  • Acquisition volumes from EUR 2 million

  • Retail and office space possible on the ground floors

  • Properties in need of technical and commercial development

  • Year of construction from 1950

  • Properties student cities in what used to be West Germany

  • Asset deal or share deal
